The United Negro College Fund’s (UNCF) mission is to enhance the quality of education by providing financial assistance to deserving students, raising operating funds for member colleges and universities, and increasing access to technology for students and faculty at historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs). Google supports UNCF’s efforts by providing $10,000 academic scholarships to a select group of computer science students each year. Google-UNCF Scholars are also invited to attend the Annual Google Scholars’ Retreat at the Googleplex in Mountain View, CA.
