Planned maintenance for app directory

We'll be performing maintenance on the app directory this evening, Wednesday, May 28, beginning at 11pm PST (that's Thursday, May 29, at 11:30am India Standard Time). The directory itself will continue to function normally for users, but as a developer you will not be able to submit any new apps during this maintenance period. If you receive an error indicating that your app submission was not successful, please try again on Thursday morning (or later in the evening, if you're in India :)).
